Research, due diligence and screening
Our research begins by screening companies for environmental, operational, and human rights issues. If we see investment potential, we identify, analyse, and assess ESG issues and opportunities in our detailed due diligence.
Committee
We add material ESG issues to the memoranda for discussion at our Investment Committee, and these considerations inform the Committee’s decisions.
Oversight and advice
Once invested, we act as good stewards through board oversight, strong governance, and a focus on diversity. We support and advise portfolio companies as they address any ESG issues that arise.
Metric tracking
We track ESG metrics and embed positive working practices in our business and investment portfolio. Our policies and procedures are designed to improve ESG measurement and outcomes.
